Incoming applications via email and mail can be entered and edited by selecting "Quick Input". In the list of applicants, you are able to check the status of active applications at any time. The same applies to all correspondences and notes. By clicking the activation button, you are able to edit your applications - quickly and easily.

In order to benefit from a consistent and quick communication, you can create individual correspondence templates (email and letter). The quick search enables a quick retrieval of all applications received, including the status of an application. The applicant's history makes all his activities visible whenever required.
