All applications which you receive via the button "apply online now" on the job boards of YOURCAREERGROUP will automatically arrive in your ho:re:so inbox. Incoming applications via email and mail can be entered and edited by selecting "Quick Input". In the list of applicants, you are able to check the status of active applications at any time. The same applies to all correspondences and notes. By clicking the activation button, you are able to edit your applications - quickly and easily.
In order to benefit from a consistent and quick communication, you can create individual correspondence templates (email and letter). In just a few clicks you are able to send mass correspondences (e.g. refusals) which can also be scheduled. Templates can be linked to the status modification of an applicant.
Each employee, who knows the password, has access to an applicant's status at all times. The quick search enables a quick retrieval of all applications received, including the status of an application. The applicant's history makes all his activities visible whenever required. For example, an alternate can edit applications as well as reply to them in the event of illness or during holiday leave.
After the applicant's confirmation, applications can be saved in the application pool. Thus, they are available for every associate company. This facilitates the exchange of application documents across the company and employee transfer within the company group.
