With a total of 3 HR employees, it requires EVERYONE to be working on the same page as far as applications are concerned. ho:re:so gives us the opportunity of saving information on each applicant. Consequently, everyone in the department can competently reply to applicants, colleagues or superiors right away - which saves time and, moreover, prevents providing incorrect information. Archiving documents in paper form is no longer necessary - with more than 1,000 applications a year this saves a lot of space and it also reduces the costs. We are all familiar with that - an applicant was admittedly good, nevertheless, we had to decline, as the position had been redeployed. An old application can be found in the archive by searching for specific positions - this might be helpful in case you do not quite remember the applicant's name. In this way, we were able to re-activate some applicants and hire them. Duplicate checks can promptly detect so-called "repeat offenders" and  you can look at notes and comments time and again.
